Anxiety is a wily beast that can sneak up anytime and anywhere--in the middle of your work day, at an event, heading into a job interview, boarding an airplane, etc. Sometimes, even thinking about these real-life scenarios can make you feel anxious.Studies also show that stress seems to worsen many health conditions—from depression to diabetes, G.I. problems to Alzheimer’s Disease. (Anxious yet??)
But anxiety doesn’t have to keep its hold on you—you can get a hold on your anxiety. Join award-winning author, speaker, and national yoga teacher Sara DiVello as she shares the tools she used to conquer her own anxiety and create a state of daily calm, centered, groundedness. In this experiential workshop, Sara will share her powerful, easy-to-do, use-anywhere tools that will help lower your stress and anxiety. You’ll get to try these calming, rejuvenating techniques in-session, ask questions, and emerge feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and empowered to do them at home.
